This Privacy Policy explains how Omni Factory handles personal information when you visit omnifactory.ai or contact us.

Omni Factory is operated by Omni Agentic LLC ("Omni Factory", "we", "our", or "us").

Certain services may be provided separately by Serhii Hryhorash, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. Your proposal or agreement will identify the service provider.

1. Information We Process

Omni Factory is a corporate website. It does not currently provide user accounts, online purchases, or file uploads. Our inquiry buttons open optional questionnaires in a modal dialog on this website.

We may process the following limited information:

Technical Information

When you visit the website, our hosting and security provider may automatically process technical information such as:

• IP address
• Browser and device information
• Requested pages and URLs
• Date and time of access
• Security and diagnostic information

This information is used to deliver the website, maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical issues.

Information You Send to Us

If you contact us by email or submit an inquiry through our questionnaires, we may process the information you voluntarily provide, such as:

• Your name
• Email address
• Organization website or LinkedIn profile URL
• Selected products, intended uses, optional services, team size, school format, or professional roles
• The contents of your message
• Any information included in your email signature or attachments

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, suggest suitable products and optional services, prepare a proposal, and maintain relevant business correspondence. The questionnaires require your name, contact email address, website or LinkedIn profile URL, and at least one intended use. The education questionnaire also requires the school format. Additional services, team size, and professional roles are optional. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

2. Cookies and Analytics

We use Cloudflare to host, deliver, and protect the website, and Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure website traffic and page load performance. These insights help us improve the website's usability and technical performance.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, browser local storage, or fingerprinting to identify visitors. Cloudflare's infrastructure and security services may process technical information, including IP addresses and request information.

Information you submit through our questionnaires is used to handle your inquiry and prepare our response.

Draft answers remain in the current page's memory and are not sent to us until you submit them. When you reach the contact step, Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information to prevent automated abuse. Our submission handler uses a keyed fingerprint of the connecting IP address for rate limiting; it does not store the raw IP address in the inquiry database.

3. How We Use Information

We process personal information only where necessary to:

• Provide and operate the website
• Protect the website and infrastructure
• Detect and prevent abuse or security incidents
• Respond to inquiries
• Prepare requested product recommendations and proposals
• Maintain business communications
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

Where applicable, processing is based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, responding to communications, and conducting our business, or on compliance with legal obligations.

4. Service Providers

The website is delivered and protected using Cloudflare infrastructure.

Cloudflare may process limited technical information when providing hosting, content delivery, performance, and security services.

Email communications may also be processed by our email service provider.

We use Cloudflare Pages Functions and Cloudflare D1 to receive, validate, and store inquiry submissions. Submitted contact details and selected answers are available to us to handle your request. Notifications sent to our team mailbox include your name, contact email address, website or LinkedIn URL, and all questionnaire answers. Cloudflare processes these notifications for delivery, and our mailbox provider stores the received emails. No Google account is required. Please do not submit passwords, payment information, or sensitive information about yourself, your clients, or your students.

We do not sell personal information.

5. International Processing

Our infrastructure and service providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence.

Cloudflare operates a global network, and technical information may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Information about the safeguards Cloudflare uses for international data transfers is available in its data protection documentation.

6. Data Retention

Technical information is retained only for the periods required by our infrastructure and security providers for operational, diagnostic, and security purposes.

No automatic deletion is configured for inquiry responses. We retain them until we manually delete them, including when handling applicable privacy rights requests. Email correspondence is retained as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. Your Rights

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to the processing of your personal data, Omni Agentic LLC is the data controller.

Subject to the conditions and limitations of the GDPR or other applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Request access to your personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Object to or request restriction of processing
• Request data portability where applicable
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
